As the new lockdown regulations have come into force since November 2nd and restaurants in Berlin are not allowed to stay open for seat-in, local owners and chefs have rolled up their sleeves to rearrange their business models and came up with new ideas to keep up with their operations.
To support local restaurants during these challenging times, we relaunched supportgastro.com. With this website, people can connect with local restaurants, bars, or shops and check on what they are proposing to the clientele during these days. Whereas they’re organizing their own delivery, or they are open for pick-up or takeaway, here you can find a list of places including their opening times, as well as links to their menu pages to support businesses in all neighborhoods. Supportgastro.com also offers the possibility for new restaurants, cafes, bars, or shops to be featured. In case you’d like to be included or suggest a local business, please connect with us via this page— we’re here to support and give visibility to all places! Below are some examples of what different local businesses in Berlin are proposing during the lockdown.
